1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Testiwol website, app or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Testiwol provides an online platform to book diagnostic tests, health packages, doctor consultations, vaccinations, radiology and nursing care with home sample collection across Kashmir.
3. User accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
4. Bookings and payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be completed before sample collection unless cash-on-delivery is explicitly selected.
5. Reports
Reports are generated by our partner laboratories. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary by test type and operational conditions.
6. Limitation of liability
Testiwol is not a medical institution. We connect you with certified diagnostic providers. Always consult a qualified doctor for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir.
Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
- Personal details: name, mobile number, email address, age and gender.
- Health information: test records, prescriptions, reports and booking history.
- Location data: address and district for home sample collection.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type and app interactions.
2. How we use your information
- Process bookings and provide diagnostic services.
- Share reports with you and authorised partner labs.
- Send appointment reminders, report notifications and support messages.
- Improve our services and prevent fraud.
3. Data sharing and security
We share data only with NABL-accredited partner labs, certified phlebotomists and healthcare providers involved in your care. We never sell your personal or health data. Data is protected with encryption, access controls and regular security reviews.
4. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing care@testiwol.com.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by you
- Cancellations made before the phlebotomist is dispatched receive a full refund.
- Cancellations after dispatch but before sample collection may be charged a nominal visit fee.
- Once the sample is collected, the booking cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund eligibility
- Full refund for cancellations within the eligible window.
- Partial refund if collection could not be completed due to medical reasons or our error.
- No refund for completed tests or reports already generated.
3. Refund process & rescheduling
Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 working days. You can reschedule a booking once at no extra cost, subject to slot availability.
